USCIS has updated the count of H2B visa petitions received and counted towards the fiscal year 2013 employment. As of February 08, 2013, USCIS has approved filings on behalf of approximately 34,500 H2B beneficiaries for the 1st half of FY 2013, and 4,552 H2B beneficiaries for the 2nd half of FY 2013.
