USCIS has updated the count of H2B visa petitions received and counted towards the fiscal year 2013 employment. As of February 15, 2013, USCIS has approved filings on behalf of approximately 36,689 H2B beneficiaries for the 1st half of FY 2013, and 6,644 H2B beneficiaries for the 2nd half of FY 2013.
